Jennifer Gold is a Principal Security and Advisory Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Ms. Gold is a trusted strategist and subject matter expert in cybersecurity, risk management, systems & network engineering, architecture, cloud technologies, incident response, and disaster recovery. Previously, Ms. Gold was Vice President of Engineering at AQR Capital Management LLC and, before that, Associate Vice President of Global Technology & Solutions at The Carlyle Group. Her other work experience includes twelve years at Citigroup / Lava Trading. Ms. Gold currently volunteers in the U.S. Marine Corps Cyber Auxiliary. She also serves as Vice President of the InfraGard's New York Metro Chapter and as the IT Sector Chief, supporting the FBI's public?private partnership. Ms. Gold is an Advisory Board Member for LIFARS, a cybersecurity solutions and services firm that works with the private sector, US Intelligence Agencies, US Secret Service, FBI, DHS, Interpol, Europol, and NATO. Ms. Gold is a member of the Industry Advisory Board of Revolutionary Integration Group Inc., an Artificial Intelligence (AI) trusted integration solution provider. She is also on the Board of Advisors and Executive VP of Engineering for Cultivate Health. Ms. Gold is a member of the Women in Security group for the US State Department Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). She is a member of several organizations, including The NY Academy of Sciences, Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA International), United States Secret Service Cyber Fraud Task Force (CFTF), Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO), and High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), and the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). Ms. Gold received the UCLA Global Cyber Institute's Cybersecurity Certification. She holds industry certifications, including the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE). In 2018, she was honored with the Women's History Award by the Greater NY Chamber of Commerce for technology leadership and creating cybersecurity job opportunities for NYC veterans. In 2018, she received an award from the NY State Comptroller for her contributions to Veterans Affairs. Ms. Gold also received a nomination for the 92Y Emily Rosenthal Extraordinary Women's Award for exceptional contributions to education and her community.
