Center for Education and Leadership: Advancing talent, connecting expertise, and fostering the next generation of leadership
Overall purpose
The Center strengthens the human capabilities needed to navigate technological change responsibly. It connects education, talent development, and leadership practice with inquiry into judgment, agency, ethical awareness, and adaptability. Its audience includes established practitioners and leaders as well as students and emerging professionals. The Fellows Program provides an Institute-wide network for research, programs, partnerships, and mentoring; its contribution extends across all five Centers, not only education.
