With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, my journey spans across many industries in the Financial, Time and Attendance and Oil and Gas space. I've had the privilege to work for startups, mid-size, to multinational corporations. An early adopter of the .NET platform, I have filled many roles throughout my career, ranging from Software Development Manager, Software Architect, Scrum Master, and recently Chief Technology Officer.
I have been blessed to be in the right place at the right time to meet very interesting people that mentored me into my next stage in life. I am a firm believer in every person owning their career, and to that end, I love to buy people coffee to hear their stories and help them get to the next level. I love finding out what makes people tick and hear how they process the world around them. Although my first love was not technology, and at one point I thought of becoming a professional musician, I love technology in how it touches people?ÇÖs daily lives. I believe we are uniquely positioned to make a difference in the lives of others by providing experiences that improve their day-to-day lives. I?ÇÖm originally from Argentina, land of the Tango, excellent wine, steak as well as world-class soccer and moved to Houston in the early ?ÇÖ90s. I currently live in Sugar Land with my wife Virginia, son Andres and daughters Ana, and Lorena. When not at work, you will find me camping, in my home studio producing music or participating with the family in different events throughout the community. I?ÇÖm an avid reader of philosophy, politics, religion, and the occasional spy novel, and have been known to be reading 10 books at one time. I am a firm believer that we have been given talents for a purpose and therefore everything that drives us should be geared to maximizing them for the good of others.
