25+ year career with experience in B2B sales, alliance partner management,operations management, program management, product and services launch, marketing – development of advertising campaigns, sales collaterals, support of trade shows and execution of MARCOM plans. Process development for IT revenue reporting, contracting, compensation, GTM strategies, marketing and business plans and sales engagement initiatives. Alliance responsibilities included strategic development, governance and tactical growth of partner relationships while maintaining 30-40% deal profit margin for the company. As an Alliance management executive, was responsible for generating $200M in revenue with strategic alliance partner over 2 yrs. Hand selected to join the Acquisition Operations Office to support the efforts in developing cohesive business strategies for driving Synergistic Revenue growth through the acquisition of major IT company that eventually became the Xerox Services business arm. Director of Offering Development and integration responsible for building the NA MPS Alliance offer as well as launching all MPS Next Gen solutions for Alliance Partners. Successfully managed executive core team of 6 value chain providers over two years. Lead the Mentorship Program as a board member for The Xerox Women’s Alliance for several years.
